We are looking for an experienced WhatsApp / Meta Technical Specialist to help us resolve an issue with an inactive/restricted phone number. We have direct access to the physical SIM card and can process verification codes without issue, but the number is currently flagged and cannot be registered in the app. Responsibilities: Analyze the status of the phone number and identify available resolution routes. Handle technical communication and support tickets with Meta/WhatsApp support. Provide step-by-step guidance on restoring the line to operational status. Requirements: Proven experience managing WhatsApp Business account issues and support escalations. Strong understanding of Meta’s technical support channels and response procedures. Clear communication and progress tracking.
