What You Will Do: - Lead high-level technical presentations, client briefings, and interview evaluation rounds alongside our engineering leads. - Act as the primary, polished bridge between our backend development squads and the client. - Maintain a professional, clean home-office environment with a high-definition webcam and dedicated microphone setup. Requirements: - Native or absolute bilingual English fluency with an authoritative, confident speaking cadence. - Exceptional camera presence—you know how to command a Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet room under pressure. - Highly tech-savvy and capable of reviewing/delivering technical concepts smoothly (you don't need to be a world-class coder, as our backend team backs you up completely). - Available during standard U.S. business hours.
