Technical Advisor / Fractional CTO – Embedded Systems & Automotive Safety

VyO Vision is seeking an experienced Technical Advisor / Fractional CTO with a strong background in embedded systems, systems engineering, automotive technology, robotics, and/or intelligent safety systems. VyO Vision is developing AERS™, an integrated safety and emergency-response platform. A working prototype has already been developed, and we are currently engaging engineering professionals regarding the next stages of technical development. The immediate assignment is advisory — not hands-on product development. We are looking for someone who can: • Review background information on VyO Vision AERS™ before technical meetings • Help the founder prepare for discussions with engineers and technical specialists • Attend virtual technical meetings as a representative/advisor for VyO Vision • Ask appropriate technical questions and help evaluate engineering recommendations • Identify technical risks, dependencies, required specialties, and potential development paths • Provide the founder with a clear post-meeting summary and independent assessment • Be available for additional technical meetings on an as-needed basis if the initial engagement is successful Strong candidates should be comfortable communicating with senior engineers and translating complex engineering discussions into clear business and technical recommendations. Experience in one or more of the following is especially valuable: embedded systems, automotive electronics/safety systems, sensor integration, edge AI, robotics, systems architecture, IoT, or hardware product development. This role does not require the advisor to develop the product or write firmware during the initial engagement. The purpose is to provide experienced technical representation and advisory support.
