Technical Designer (Architecture) — Remote Revit/BIM Documentation for Singapore Design Studio

WeCraft Group is a boutique Singapore-based, multi-disciplinary design house (architecture, interior, product & furniture design). We're building a remote offshore technical-design bench and are seeking a Technical Designer (Architecture) to produce construction-ready documentation under the direction of our Singapore studio. What you'll do: - Produce and maintain accurate Revit BIM models and architectural drawing sets to our standards. - Assemble coordinated DD, CD and For Construction / For Fabrication sets from the Singapore team's design intent and redlines. - Develop technical and bespoke detailing; maintain BIM, drawing and file-management standards. - Support consultant coordination (MEP, C&S) within the model. - Keep a reliable coordination cadence with the studio (daily / weekly check-ins, handovers, trackers). You should have: - 4-7 years of architectural documentation / production experience (work for international firms a plus). - Strong command of Revit and assembling construction documentation; detailing across DD/CD/FC sets. - AutoCAD, and ideally Rhino/SketchUp, Enscape/V-Ray and Adobe Creative Suite. - Good written and spoken English and proactive remote-communication discipline. - Reliable home-office setup and internet; able to work core hours overlapping Singapore (GMT+8). Engagement: ongoing and long-term (around 40 hrs/week), with potential to convert to a permanent role.
