Technical Designer for High-End Lingerie

I am an independent designer launching a high-end silk lingerie brand. I am looking for an experienced Technical Designer to help me turn my designs into production-ready technical packs. The role involves creating technical packs, grading, and ensuring fit consistency across sizes. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-end lingerie and be able to work independently to deliver high-quality results. Deliverables: Create a professional Tech Pack (including construction callouts, stitch types, trim details, and specific placement for lace/embroidery). Develop production-ready patterns for the bralette design. Provide sizing/grading guidance for a standard size range (e.g., XS–XL). Provide advice on silk-appropriate construction methods, especially regarding the integration of lace and embroidery to ensure quality and comfort. Requirements: Proven experience in intimate apparel/lingerie design and pattern making. Strong understanding of working with delicate fabrics like silk, lace, and embroidery. Ability to communicate technical requirements clearly for a manufacturing partner.
