Technical Equipment Sourcing Specialist Needed

We are seeking a specialist to source and manage technical equipment for mobile mapping, survey, and road data collection projects. The role involves identifying suitable equipment, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring that all tools meet project requirements. This is a part-time, short-term opportunity for someone with experience in equipment sourcing and project coordination. We are looking for a technical sourcing specialist to help identify and compare equipment for a UK-based mobile mapping and site-condition data collection project. The role is to research suppliers, rental options and purchase options for field data-collection equipment. We are especially interested in UK and European suppliers. This is not a generic online research task. We need someone who can source professional survey, mapping, sensor and vehicle-mounted equipment, contact suppliers, request quotes and produce a clear comparison spreadsheet.
