Job Title: Technical Marketing Operations & Systems Specialist (Contract / Ongoing Support) About DCCM Academy DCCM Academy is a medical aesthetics training academy that provides certification programs, continuing education, memberships, digital products, and compliance resources for healthcare professionals. As we continue to scale our online education and membership offerings, we are seeking a technically-minded systems specialist to help us optimize, maintain, and expand our digital ecosystem. This is not a traditional web development role. We are looking for someone who understands how multiple platforms connect together and can proactively build, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve our systems as we grow. Current Technology Stack Experience with some or all of the following platforms is strongly preferred: • Shopify • Appstle Memberships / Subscriptions • Sky Pilot • LearnDash • WordPress • Uncanny Automator • Zapier • GoHighLevel • Vimeo • Email marketing platforms • CRM and marketing automation systems Project Goals We are currently building a membership and digital product ecosystem that includes: • Annual and monthly memberships • Video resource libraries • Digital compliance packages • Structured online courses • Automated customer onboarding • Membership access management • Customer communications and marketing automation Responsibilities • Configure and maintain Shopify memberships and digital product delivery • Implement and manage integrations between Shopify, LearnDash, and other platforms • Configure and troubleshoot Uncanny Automator workflows • Build and maintain Zapier automations • Support GoHighLevel CRM and marketing automation workflows • Configure customer access permissions and membership logic • Troubleshoot technical issues across multiple systems • Recommend improvements and identify potential issues before they impact customers • Assist with new product launches and system expansions • Document processes and provide technical guidance to the DCCM team Ideal Candidate • Strong Shopify experience • Experience with Appstle Memberships and/or subscription-based businesses • Experience with Sky Pilot or similar digital delivery platforms • LearnDash and WordPress experience • Uncanny Automator experience • Zapier automation experience • GoHighLevel experience • Comfortable working across multiple interconnected platforms • Able to translate technical concepts into clear recommendations • Proactive problem solver who can identify risks and opportunities Nice-to-Have Experience • Online education businesses • Membership sites • Digital product delivery • Video content platforms (Vimeo, Wistia, etc.) • Healthcare or professional education organizations Engagement We are looking for someone who can assist with an initial implementation project and potentially provide ongoing technical support as our systems evolve.
