Technical Operations Specialist (Cold Email Infrastructure)

We're looking for a Technical Operations Specialist to own and maintain our cold email infrastructure. This is not a sales or copywriting role. Your focus will be on building systems, improving deliverability, and automating workflows. Responsibilities Build and manage SmartLead campaigns Create and maintain Clay tables and workflows Configure Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace email accounts Set up domains, subdomains, and DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX) Monitor and improve email deliverability Build automations using Make and Zapier Connect APIs and webhooks Organize and maintain prospect data Troubleshoot technical issues Recommend and implement better systems Required Experience You should have hands-on experience with most of these tools: Clay SmartLead Make Zapier Microsoft 365 Google Workspace DNS Management SPF / DKIM / DMARC Email Deliverability Google Sheets APIs & Webhooks ChatGPT or other AI tools Nice to Have Apollo GoHighLevel Airtable Notion Instantly MillionVerifier WordPress Basic HTML/CSS or JavaScript Compensation $150/month Approximately 15–20 hours per month Long-term position with the opportunity for additional hours and increased compensation as we grow.
