Technical Project Manager for SaaS, AI Automation & Software Development Projects

We are looking for a reliable Technical Project Manager / Project Coordinator to help manage long-term software development, SaaS, AI automation, web, mobile, and internal business projects. This role is for someone who can understand client requirements, organize tasks, coordinate with developers/designers/QA teams, manage sprint boards, track blockers, and keep project communication clear. We need someone proactive who can take ownership of project coordination and help keep multiple projects moving smoothly. You will work on requirement gathering, task breakdown, sprint planning, backlog management, QA coordination, release follow-up, client updates, and documentation. Responsibilities: Convert client requirements into clear tasks, user stories, and acceptance criteria Manage project boards in Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Notion, Monday.com, or Linear Coordinate with developers, designers, QA testers, automation engineers, and clients Track deadlines, blockers, bugs, scope changes, and priorities Prepare daily/weekly status updates, meeting notes, and action items Support Agile/Scrum workflows, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release tracking Review deliverables before client submission Help improve SOPs, documentation, templates, and internal communication process Required experience: Technical Project Management Agile / Scrum / Kanban SaaS or software development project management AI automation, CRM automation, web/mobile, or API project coordination Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Notion, Monday.com, or Linear Slack, Google Workspace, GitHub/GitLab, Figma, Loom, Confluence, or Miro User stories, acceptance criteria, project documentation, QA coordination, and client reporting This is a long-term hourly role for the right person.
