Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales & Business Development Specialist to help generate, nurture, and close new business opportunities for our growing IT services company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, lead generation, sales strategy, and customer relationship management. Experience selling IT services, managed services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, networking, or related technology services is strongly preferred. Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to generate qualified leads Perform outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings with prospects Follow up consistently and professionally to move leads through the sales funnel Prepare proposals, pricing, and sales presentations Close new business and help increase recurring revenue Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and sales activities Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Identify new business opportunities, manage leads, and partnership channels Requirements: Proven experience in B2B sales and business development Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead nurturing, and CRM management Experience with cold calling, cold emailing, and outbound prospecting Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills Technical aptitude and ability to understand IT services and technology solutions Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, or similar Ability to work independently and produce measurable results Preferred Experience: Managed IT Services (MSP) Cybersecurity Solutions Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace Networking & Infrastructure Website Design & Development Cloud Services What We're Looking For: We are looking for someone who can become a long-term part of our growth strategy. This is not just a lead generation role. We want a sales professional who can build relationships, create opportunities, manage the pipeline, and help close deals while providing an outstanding customer experience.
