Technical Support Specialist for SaaS Brands (Community + Customer Support)

We run a portfolio of SaaS brands and are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to handle customer support and community engagement. This is a blended role: part technical troubleshooting, part community management. What you'll do: - Answer technical questions from customers clearly and accurately - Guide and support members of our own communities with helpful, friendly responses - Write engaging posts that spark discussion and keep our community members active - Help maintain a positive, well-moderated community environment What we're looking for: - Prior experience in a SaaS support or community role (please mention which products/companies) - Strong written English and a knack for explaining technical concepts simply - Self-directed, responsive, and comfortable owning a technical conversation - Naturally builds connections by engaging with community threads authentically - Bonus: familiarity with saas tools, dev tools and community platforms (Discord, reddit, skool etc) To apply, please include: - A short note on your relevant SaaS support/community experience - A short note on your approach to community engagement and customer support
