Technical Talent Sourcer (Recruiter)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Talent Sourcer to help us find and engage top AI Growth Lead candidates for healthcare AI startup. Process We provide the Job Description (attached) and a candidate questionnaire: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1DRENvXLV4STJu6Qqr430vu7FuXb7bG_deaSmYdoq8-8/edit?tab=t.0 You source candidates (LinkedIn, etc.) and share their profiles with us for approval. Once approved, you send the candidate our questionnaire to complete. Based on answers, we decide whether to move forward. You schedule an interview with our CPO. Payment Model We pay per interview that is successfully scheduled and conducted with our CPO. Please provide your price per completed interview. Requirements - Proven experience sourcing tech talent (LinkedIn Recruiter or similar). - Experience with candidate outreach and scheduling. - Strong English communication skills. - Ability to work independently and keep communication transparent.
