Technical assistance in the conceptual design & projects of a SCADA system for 35/0.4 kV substations

There are 3 substations of 35/0.4 kV in a railway line for supplying 0.4 kV to the distributed loads. There is an energy dispatcher room located in each substation to monitor and control the CBs and disconnectors in cubicles, generators, etc. in the substation building and also the CBs and disconnectors in some remote 35/0.4 kV transformer units. I completed the design and preparation of scada projects. However, I need an expert engineer for preparing the RTU/SCADA projects to review my prepared conceptual design, topology and drawings to make the necessary corrections and additions and to make the project complete, workable and fully correct in all aspect.
