Telegram Bot Developer Needed for Meta Ads Campaign Launch Automation

We're looking for an experienced developer to build a Telegram bot that automates our Meta (Facebook) Ads campaign launching workflow through the Meta Marketing API. This is not a simple chatbot—we need someone comfortable with APIs, automation, databases, and building reliable internal tools. What the bot needs to do The bot should allow team members to launch campaigns directly from Telegram using simple commands/buttons. Core features include: User authentication/permissions Interactive Telegram menus and buttons Launch Meta ad campaigns via the Meta Marketing API Select: Ad Account Facebook Page Campaign Template Budget Bid Country Language Other launch variables Duplicate existing campaign templates Update campaign/ad set/ad variables before publishing Return campaign IDs after launch Show success/error messages Logging of all launches Retry handling if Meta API errors occur Tech Stack (Open to Suggestions) Ideally experience with: Python (preferred) or Node.js Telegram Bot API Meta Marketing API PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQLite Docker (bonus) VPS deployment Git Nice to Have Experience with: Meta Business Manager System User Tokens Long-lived access tokens High-volume campaign creation Facebook Ads automation Rate limiting Queue systems Async programming What We're Looking For Someone who: Has built Telegram bots before Has worked with the Meta Marketing API Writes clean, maintainable code Can suggest improvements Communicates well in English Can work on long-term improvements after the initial build To Apply Please include: Examples of Telegram bots you've built.
