### About the Role We are seeking a highly empathetic, organized, and socially gifted Client Advocate to manage outbound outreach and relationship-building. In this role, you will be speaking directly with elderly individuals and people suffering from neurological diseases. This requires deep compassion, extreme patience, and the unique ability to build immediate trust and rapport from a cold start. ### Key Responsibilities * Execute a high volume of outbound calls daily without losing energy, enthusiasm, or patience. * Build and maintain strong, genuine relationships from the very first cold connection. * Connect meaningfully with elderly individuals and those navigating serious health challenges. * Manage your schedule with flawless punctuality, operating consistently within designated time zones. * Maintain rigorous organization of your call lists, follow-ups, and daily workflows. ### Strict Requirements * **Flawless Spoken English:** Your English skills must be absolutely perfect. "Conversational" is not enough.
