**Telemarketing & Recruiting Specialist (Remote)** We are looking for an experienced telemarketing professional to help us build and optimize our recruiting operation. Our organization is generating a growing volume of candidate leads, and we need someone who can help improve outreach processes, increase booking rates, reduce no-shows, and assist with candidate follow-up and appointment setting. ### About Us PalmState is a growing sales and business development organization focused on recruiting, leadership development, and professional growth opportunities. Our team includes more than 100 licensed agents, and we continue to expand across multiple markets. We provide proven systems, training, mentorship, and leadership opportunities for individuals looking to build long-term careers. The company is led by Tomas Hladnik, Founder of PalmState, who has built a professional network of more than 7,000 followers on LinkedIn. PalmState's LinkedIn presence has grown to over 5,000 followers and continues to attract candidates and professionals from across the country. We are looking for someone who can help us capitalize on this growth and build a world-class recruiting and telemarketing process. ### Responsibilities * Contact prospective candidates by phone * Follow up with leads who have expressed interest in opportunities with our organization * Schedule interviews and appointments * Improve scripts, call flows, and outreach processes * Help reduce no-shows and increase booking rates * Maintain accurate records in our CRM * Assist with recruiting pipeline management * Provide recommendations for improving telemarketing and recruiting systems * Help develop scalable recruiting and follow-up procedures ### Requirements * Previous telemarketing, appointment setting, recruiting, SDR, BDR, or call center experience * Excellent verbal communication skills * Strong phone presence * Experience making a high volume of outbound calls * Ability to work independently * Experience with CRM systems * Organized and detail-oriented * Strong follow-up skills ### Ideal Experience * Telemarketing * Appointment Setting * Recruiting * Call Center Operations * Lead Generation * Inside Sales * Sales Development * Customer Outreach ### Project Overview We are looking for someone who can help us establish and optimize our telemarketing and recruiting systems.
