We are a 24-hour inbound call center looking for a professional to join our growing company. Job duties: Answering inbound calls Creating new service request tickets Dispatching emergency calls Taking messages Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 8am to 5pm est Monday 8am to 3pm est Friday 11am to 5pm est Punctuality is very important. We require our agents to show up on time and complete each shift. Must have: Quiet Work Environment Stable internet and electricity Call center experience
