Freelance Estate Agency Lead Reactivation Caller — 3–4 Hours Per Week Job Description We are a local estate agency based in the North West of the UK, looking for a reliable freelance caller to help reactivate warm property leads from our existing database. This is not cold calling random data. You will be calling people who have previously had contact with us, including old valuations, past instructions, withdrawn sellers, historic enquiries and homeowners who may still be considering selling. The goal is to have friendly, professional conversations and identify people who may now be ready for an updated property valuation. You will be working from a clear script and logging all notes/actions into our CRM. Main Responsibilities Call warm leads from our existing database Speak with homeowners in a friendly, natural and professional manner Ask whether moving is still something they are considering Book valuation appointments or phone callbacks where appropriate Create follow-up tasks for future opportunities Update CRM notes clearly after every call Flag hot leads for the business owner to personally follow up Respect opt-outs and data privacy rules at all times What We Are Looking For The ideal person will have: Previous experience in estate agency, property, appointment setting or outbound calling Excellent spoken English A warm, calm and professional phone manner Confidence speaking to UK homeowners Good attention to detail Ability to follow a script without sounding robotic Experience using CRM systems Reliable weekly availability Experience with Street CRM would be a bonus, but it is not essential. Hours To start, this will be around 3–4 hours per week, ideally on a Tuesday or Wednesday. If the results are good, this may increase or become a long-term weekly role. Pay Please quote your hourly rate. We may also consider a small performance bonus for valuation appointments that are properly booked and attended. Important This role requires quality over volume. We do not want aggressive sales calls. The tone should be helpful, local, professional and conversational. You will not be expected to give property valuations, pricing advice or legal advice. Your role is to identify warm opportunities and book appointments or callbacks.
