Tender Research & Proposal Support Specialist (Netherlands / EU)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Research & Proposal Support Specialist to help identify and prepare public procurement opportunities for a portfolio of European technology companies operating in cloud infrastructure, hosting, email, digital identity, domains, and public Wi-Fi. Responsibilities Monitor TenderNed and European tender platforms on a recurring basis. Develop and maintain keyword searches for multiple companies and business domains. Assess whether published tenders are relevant based on predefined criteria. Summarize shortlisted opportunities and explain why they are a good fit. Prepare first drafts of tender responses using available company information and previous submissions. Coordinate handover to an external bid agency for final editing, compliance review, and submission. Ideal Candidate Experience with Dutch and/or European public procurement. Familiar with TenderNed and TED (Tenders Electronic Daily). Excellent analytical and writing skills. Able to quickly understand technical products and services. Strong command of English; Dutch is highly preferred. Organized, proactive, and able to work independently. Experience with cloud services, hosting, cybersecurity, digital identity, email platforms, or public sector ICT procurement is a strong plus.
