Test equipment enclosure injection mold and rack mount design

Design of a low cost enclosure for electronic test equipment. PCB and internal step file will be provided with PCB connector locations as well as a step file with the old design. - design of enclosure to look as like the images attached. - design must be ready for injection molding and have the correct industrial design features to allow for easy of assembly and quality of finish - modules must stack vertically on a desk with some boss and its negaitive on either side - specify the material and finish to communicate to the manufactuers. - export a prototype production package for RFQ. - design of sheet metal rack mount system that allows "clipping" in modules in some way so they can be stacked next to each other (some image is provided as an idea). ideally a small bend in the sheet metal enables some low cost clip-in/friction fit mechanism.
