Thai Virtual Assistant – Affiliate Recruitment for a Dating Community

About the project We are building a new dating community in Thailand focused on genuine introductions and meaningful connections. We’re looking for a Thai Virtual Assistant based in Thailand to help us recruit affiliates who can introduce new members to our community. This is not an influencer marketing role and not a sales job. We’re looking for someone who understands Thai culture, enjoys talking to people, and can build genuine relationships. Responsibilities * Find potential affiliates in Thailand * Contact them in Thai * Explain our affiliate program * Answer basic questions * Follow up with interested people * Keep track of conversations and progress * Share ideas on how we can improve our recruitment process Requirements * Native Thai speaker * Good English communication skills * Currently living in Thailand * Good understanding of Thai culture and local social networks * Comfortable using LINE, Facebook and other social platforms * Friendly, professional and reliable * Able to work independently We’d love to work with someone who… * Enjoys meeting new people * Takes initiative * Communicates naturally and professionally * Is organized and detail-oriented * Wants to build a long-term working relationship Trial project We’ll start with a small paid trial.
