Summary About EUCALAN EUCALAN is a premium Canadian delicate fabric wash loved by people who care for silk, wool, lingerie, and special garments around the world. We are launching EUCALAN in Thailand with a unique brand concept: "The Brand That Protects Thai Silk and Delicate Fabrics." EUCALAN is not just a detergent. We are building a lifestyle brand around beautiful clothing culture, premium textiles, fragrance, and the art of caring for precious garments. We are looking for a Thailand Market Development Coordinator who understands Thai fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and premium brands, and can help us build meaningful connections in the Thai market. Who We're Looking For: We are NOT looking for a translator. We are looking for someone who: • Understands Thai women’s fashion, beauty, and lifestyle culture from the inside • Has a feel for premium/luxury brands and can communicate brand aesthetics • Is fluent in Thai (native), Japanese (business level), and English • Has active TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook presence • Can work independently, approach Thai silk brands, boutiques, resort wear brands, spas, and lifestyle retailers, and report back • Has lived in Japan or worked for a Japanese company (strongly preferred) Responsibilities: • Research and approach Thai silk brands, silk scarf brands, resort wear brands, lingerie shops, premium lifestyle retailers, spas, hotels, and bridal studios in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, and other key areas • Draft and send outreach messages to Thai KOLs, boutiques, and potential business partners • Create Thai-language content for TikTok/Instagram • Translate brand materials (label copy, care cards, POP) into natural Thai • Attend trade shows or local business meetings on behalf of EUCALAN (future phase) • Report weekly on market movements, competitor activity, consumer feedback, and partner opportunities Skills Required: • Native Thai • Japanese N2 or above • TikTok/Instagram content creation experience • Basic knowledge of luxury/fashion/beauty/lifestyle brands • Self-starter attitude — no hand-holding needed Bonus Points: • Currently living in Japan or lived in Japan 3+ years • Experience with Thai silk, silk scarves, lingerie, resort wear, bridal, hotel, spa, or lifestyle brands • Existing network among Thai fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or travel KOLs • Experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or e-commerce platforms Application Questions (please answer in your proposal): 1.
