WHAT YOU'LL OWN - Setting up and managing social accounts, business email, and customer support - Research: media lists, journalists and outlets, competitors, tools, processes - Writing clean SOPs and internal documentation - Helping post job listings and coordinate future hires - Admin and organization: scheduling, file management, tracking WHO YOU ARE - Excellent written English - A resourceful, self-directed researcher who figures things out alone - Ruthlessly organized and precise - Fluent with AI tools (ChatGPT / Claude) to move faster and cleaner - Bonus: any PR, media, marketing, or copywriting background
