A third Party review of some round Industrial Ducting has been requested by a confidential End-customer. The request is for a Licensed Texas PE (Mechanical or otherwise Competent for this type of work) to review the ducting fabrication drawings against the process conditions. Engineer to certify ducting is suitable for application and designed in compliance with Texas Building Code. End Customer requests short memo with summary of findings and certification for use.
