TikTok Live Host & Sales Creator (Women's Fashion) Remote | Contract | 2–3 Lives per Week About Us Prestige is a Los Angeles-based women's fashion brand specializing in elevated, effortless style with a boutique feel. We create versatile pieces that help women feel confident, stylish, and put together every day. We're looking for an energetic, fashion-loving TikTok Live Host who can authentically showcase our products, engage viewers, and drive sales through entertaining and educational live shopping experiences. What You'll Do Host 2–3 TikTok Lives per week (60–120 minutes each). Present and style Prestige products on camera. Demonstrate fit, fabric, and styling ideas. Answer audience questions in real time. Encourage engagement, conversions, and purchases during Lives. Create a welcoming, high-energy shopping experience. Collaborate with our team on product launches, promotions, and Live themes. Provide feedback on audience preferences and top-performing products. Responsibilities Prepare for each Live by reviewing products and key selling points. Build rapport with viewers and create a sense of community. Share styling tips and outfit inspiration. Drive urgency through promotions, limited quantities, and calls to action. Track performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve future Lives. Optionally create short teaser videos to promote upcoming Lives. Ideal Candidate You: Have experience hosting TikTok Shop Lives, Instagram Lives, or live selling events. Are comfortable speaking on camera for extended periods. Have a warm, engaging personality and can think on your feet. Love fashion and have a strong sense of style. Understand how to keep audiences entertained and engaged. Are sales-oriented and excited about performance-based incentives. Have reliable internet, lighting, and a professional filming setup. Qualifications Preferred: Previous experience selling fashion, beauty, or lifestyle products via livestream. Understanding of TikTok Shop and affiliate selling. Ability to style women's apparel and provide fit recommendations. Experience using live selling techniques that increase conversions. Compensation We're open to different compensation structures, including: Option 1 -Hourly rate + sales commission Option 2 - Per Live rate + sales commission Option 3 - Monthly retainer + performance bonus Please include your preferred compensation structure when applying.
