Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Live Chat Liaison to manage real-time customer communication using AI-assisted tools. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for someone with excellent English skills and a professional, polished communication style. Key Responsibilities: Manage live chat conversations with customers in real time Use AI tools to assist with responses, drafting, and workflow efficiency Maintain a professional, friendly, and clear tone in all communications Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with accuracy Escalate complex issues appropriately Maintain detailed records of customer interactions What We're Looking For: ✅ Excellent written and verbal English skills — British accent strongly preferred ✅ Comfortable using AI tools to assist with live chat responses ✅ Fast typing speed and ability to multitask across conversations ✅ Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional ✅ Available 6 days per week, 8–12 hours per day 💰 Pay Structure: Starting rate: $3.00 per hour Top-up performance bonuses available based on KPIs and results Working Hours: Full-time, 6 days/week (8–12 hrs/day) Project Type: Long-term, ongoing Experience Level: Intermediate to Expert To Apply, Please Include: A short introduction and your relevant experience A short voice recording or video so we can assess your accent and communication style Your availability (timezone and hours)
