Tracking & Marketing Analytics Specialist About Us We are a growing online education and coaching company helping people overcome chronic symptoms through Christ-centered brain rewiring principles. We generate leads and sales through webinars, challenges, funnels, paid advertising, email marketing, and online communities. We're looking for a highly analytical Tracking & Marketing Analytics Specialist who loves data, technology, systems, and solving problems. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring we know exactly where our leads, sales, and profits are coming from so we can make better business decisions. Responsibilities Marketing Tracking & Attribution * Build and maintain accurate tracking systems across all funnels * Set up and manage UTM tracking parameters * Ensure proper attribution from Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, email, webinars, and other traffic sources * Monitor conversion tracking across landing pages, checkout pages, webinars, and funnels * Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies * Verify data accuracy across platforms Reporting & Analytics * Create weekly and monthly marketing reports * Track ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) by campaign, funnel, webinar, and traffic source * Monitor CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) * Track profitability across marketing channels * Report key funnel metrics including: * Opt-in rates * Show-up rates * Sales conversion rates * Cost per lead * Cost per acquisition * Average order value * Customer lifetime value * Identify trends and opportunities for optimization CRM & Data Management * Manage tagging systems within GoHighLevel * Audit and improve contact segmentation * Ensure automation workflows are properly assigning tags * Maintain clean and organized customer data * Create systems for tracking lead sources and customer journeys Marketing Technology & Operations * Implement and improve marketing systems * Research and deploy AI tools to improve efficiency and reporting * Identify automation opportunities throughout the business * Connect platforms through Zapier, Make, APIs, and other integrations * Improve operational workflows and reporting dashboards * Recommend new tools and technologies that improve performance Strategic Insights * Help leadership understand what is working and what is not * Identify winning funnels and campaigns * Provide recommendations for increasing profitability * Analyze customer behavior and funnel performance * Help optimize marketing spend allocation Preferred Experience * GoHighLevel * Facebook Ads Manager * Google Analytics * Google Tag Manager * UTM tracking * Funnel analytics * Webinar funnels * CRM management * Zapier * Make.com * Looker Studio * Hyros (strongly preferred) * Marketing attribution software * AI automation tools Ideal Candidate You are: * Extremely detail-oriented * Data-driven * Proactive and resourceful * Comfortable with technology * Able to solve problems independently * Passionate about systems and efficiency * Able to explain complex data in simple terms You enjoy figuring out where every lead, sale, and dollar came from and helping a business make smarter decisions. Success Looks Like After implementing, you can confidently answer: * Which funnels are producing the highest ROAS? * Which traffic sources are most profitable? * Where are leads falling out of our funnels? * Which campaigns should receive more ad spend? * Which campaigns should be paused? * What changes would increase profitability?
