US Trademark Attorney Needed for DTC Supplement Brand (Filing + Clearance)

Project Overview We’re an established DTC supplement company looking for a licensed US trademark attorney to handle brand and product trademark clearance and filing, plus a trade dress review on our current packaging. Specific marks and brand details will be shared after a signed NDA. Scope of Work 1. Comprehensive trademark clearance search (USPTO + common law) on a brand mark, product mark, logo, and possible tagline 2. Written clearance opinion covering likelihood of confusion (2(d)) and descriptiveness risk 3. File USPTO applications for cleared marks (Class 5 — dietary supplements, likely Class 35 as well), including carefully drafted identification of goods 4. Trade dress / packaging review with written opinion on infringement risk relative to existing competitors 5. Respond to USPTO office actions during prosecution 6. Recommendations on defensive filings (variations, international priority, etc.) Required Qualifications • Licensed US attorney in good standing, registered to practice before the USPTO • 5+ years specifically in trademark law (not a side practice) • Direct experience filing for supplement, food, or CPG brands • Comfortable with trade dress analysis, not just word marks • Willing to sign a mutual NDA before brand details are disclosed To Apply Please include: 1.
