Provide a written legal opinion regarding availability, risks and filing strategy. Recommend the appropriate USPTO classes and goods descriptions. Confirm whether the application should be filed on an Intent-to-Use basis. File a standard character word mark application for VOYFORM, owned by Asman LLC, only after our written approval.
