We're a non-U.S. software company named as defendant in a U.S. federal trademark lawsuit (Lanham Act + state common-law claims). We already have primary counsel — we are NOT looking for representation or a court appearance. We want an independent second opinion only. What we need from you: review the complaint and our situation (shared after engagement, under confidentiality), then lay out our realistic options and, for each one, explain what's likely to happen if we take it — the probable outcomes, risks, and costs.
