Job Description: We are looking for an experienced UK-focused digital marketer to help grow traffic and leads for a new insurance comparison section on an established UK savings and voucher code website. The project is focused on generating qualified traffic for insurance comparison landing pages, including car insurance, van insurance, home insurance, pet insurance, breakdown cover, bicycle insurance, motorbike insurance and related products. The core objective is simple: help us attract relevant UK users who are actively interested in comparing insurance quotes, then drive them through to our approved insurance comparison partner via compliant landing pages and tracked links. About our website: My Favourite Voucher Codes is a UK savings platform that has been running since 2012. The site helps UK shoppers save money through voucher codes, deals, offers and comparison-style content. We also donate 20% of monthly profits to charity, with the recipient chosen through a public charity poll. We are now expanding our insurance comparison section and need someone who can help us build traffic, test channels, improve lead flow and identify scalable acquisition opportunities. What we need help with: We are looking for someone who can support one or more of the following areas: - Organic social media strategy, especially Facebook - Local Facebook group posting strategy - Insurance lead generation campaigns - SEO content planning for insurance-related searches - Landing page traffic strategy - Outreach and partnership ideas - Charity/community partnership traffic ideas - Paid social testing, if appropriate - Campaign tracking using URL parameters - Competitor research - Weekly campaign reporting - Practical recommendations to increase clicks and quote starts - Google and Bing PPC The right person does not need to do everything, but they must understand how to generate real traffic and leads, not just write generic marketing plans. Important compliance note: This is an insurance comparison affiliate/IAR project, so all activity must remain compliant. You must not: - Give personal insurance advice - Recommend a specific insurer or policy - Claim that a user will definitely save money - Create misleading urgency or exaggerated claims - Use unapproved wording around savings figures - Imply that we operate the insurance quote platform ourselves - Use Quotezone or insurer branding without approval - Run campaigns that would put the website or partner relationship at risk We can provide approved landing pages, approved wording, tracking links and guidance. Any campaign copy that references insurance comparison, savings figures or partner wording will need to be reviewed before use. The ideal person: You will be a good fit if you have experience with: - UK lead generation - Insurance, finance, comparison, affiliate or regulated niches - Facebook traffic generation - Organic social posting - Community-led marketing - SEO-led traffic planning - Conversion-focused content - Tracking and campaign reporting - Working carefully within compliance rules - Google & Bing PPC experience We are especially interested in someone who can think commercially. We do not just want “post three times per week” advice. We want someone who can look at the offer, the audience and the landing pages, then suggest realistic ways to get people clicking through and starting quotes. Deliverables may include: - A 30-day traffic and lead generation plan - Facebook post ideas and campaign angles - Organic social posting schedule - Suggested local/community targeting angles - SEO content opportunities - Outreach or partnership suggestions - Weekly performance review - Recommendations based on click and conversion data - Copy for posts, ads or landing page traffic campaigns, subject to approval Useful campaign context: The insurance pages are designed to send users to a partner quote journey. We can track campaigns using URL parameters, so we will be able to see which traffic sources and campaign angles perform best. For example, we may track traffic by campaign, page, charity partner, social post or keyword source. The aim is to learn quickly which channels produce quote starts and policy conversions. Any experience in insurance, finance, comparison sites or affiliate marketing 3. How you would approach the first 30 days 4. Which traffic channels you would test first and why 5.
