Training & Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Training & Development Specialist to build training modules and support internal skills development across our teams. The ideal candidate has experience creating SOPs, training materials, and onboarding programs that improve performance and drive consistent execution. This role plays a key part in developing scalable training resources and supporting continuous learning within the organization. Responsibilities: Create SOPs, training videos, manuals, and other learning materials Coordinate and support onboarding training for new hires Develop structured training modules for internal teams Track training effectiveness and performance improvements Collaborate with team leads to identify training needs and gaps Continuously improve training content based on feedback and results Skills & Qualifications: Experience with instructional design and adult learning principles Strong content creation skills (written and video-based training) Ability to create clear SOPs and process documentation Strong organizational and communication skills Experience building onboarding and internal training programs 2+ years of experience in training, L&D, or instructional design
