Summary

Training Systems Architect (LMS + SOP Implementation) We are a fast-growing healthcare and franchising company seeking an experienced Training Systems Architect to help us build a world-class internal training ecosystem. Our company is scaling, and we need someone who can take operational knowledge, SOPs, workflows, videos, policies, and tribal knowledge and transform it into a professional, organized, and scalable training experience. This project will involve building out our training systems academy from scratch inside Trainual. What You’ll Be Helping Build You will help architect and organize training for: * Employee onboarding * Operations and leadership training * Department-specific SOPs * Role-based learning paths * Franchise owner onboarding * Compliance and accountability training Responsibilities * Build and organize our LMS structure from the ground up * Create logical learning paths by department and role * Organize and upload SOPs, workflows, videos, forms, and resources * Help create quizzes, checklists, assessments, and progress tracking * Recommend best practices for scalability, accountability, and retention * Help turn “messy founder knowledge” into clean, repeatable systems * (Bonus) Advise on whether LearnWorlds makes sense for our long-term franchise training academy Ideal Candidate: You have experience with: * LMS implementation * Instructional design * Process documentation * Knowledge management * Business operations systems * Bonus if you’ve worked with franchising, healthcare, or multi-location businesses To Apply, Please Include: 1. We’re looking for someone who thinks strategically, communicates clearly, and knows how to build systems that scale.
