Travel Operations & Corporate Accommodation Booking Specialist (Remote) About Us We are Chaker Apartments, a fast-growing corporate accommodation company based in Germany. We help businesses find accommodation for their employees, construction workers, and project teams throughout Germany. Our goal is simple: Companies tell us where and when they need accommodation, and we take care of the entire booking process. We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and organized team member who wants to grow with us long-term and eventually take ownership of our daily booking operations. Your Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via Email and WhatsApp. Search for suitable accommodations using Booking.com, Airbnb, and other accommodation platforms. Contact property owners to confirm availability and negotiate rates. Prepare and send accommodation offers to corporate clients. Confirm bookings and coordinate check-in information. Handle booking extensions, modifications, and cancellations. Maintain our Airtable CRM and booking database. Keep customer conversations organized in Crisp. Ensure every booking and customer interaction is documented correctly. Work closely with our team to provide outstanding customer service. Our Workflow We already have clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and provide full training. Our systems include: Airtable (CRM & Booking Management) Crisp (Customer Communication) Email WhatsApp Booking.com Airbnb Other accommodation platforms You will receive comprehensive training on all of our internal processes. Requirements Excellent written and spoken English. Ability to create professional German messages using AI or translation tools such as ChatGPT or DeepL. You do not need to be fluent in German, but you should be comfortable communicating professionally with German customers using modern translation tools. Strong communication skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Able to manage multiple bookings simultaneously. Experience in customer support, hospitality, travel, or accommodation booking is highly preferred. Comfortable learning new software quickly. Reliable internet connection. Looking for a long-term opportunity.
