Summary

We are hiring a freelancer on Upwork to help us generate and activate B2B partners for Journey Stack, a travel eSIM platform built for travel agents, visa agents, DMCs, OTAs, tour operators, and other travel companies. Journey Stack allows travel businesses to sell global travel eSIMs to their customers through an agent portal, white-label storefront, or API integration. This is not a generic lead scraping role. We are looking for someone who can find relevant travel businesses, contact them, qualify interest, book demos, and help move them toward their first transaction. What you will do Your responsibilities will include: Researching relevant travel agencies, visa agents, DMCs, tour operators, student travel consultants, corporate travel agents, and outbound travel sellers Finding decision-makers such as founders, owners, sales heads, operations heads, or partnership managers Building a clean Google Sheet with company name, website, country, contact person, email, WhatsApp/phone, LinkedIn/Instagram, business type, estimated relevance, and status Contacting prospects through WhatsApp, phone, email, LinkedIn, and Instagram Explaining the Journey Stack proposition clearly Qualifying whether the company can realistically sell travel eSIMs Booking qualified demo calls Following up after demos to help interested partners sign up, test the platform, and complete their first paid order/top-up Updating the tracker daily with status, notes, next follow-up date, and outcome Target customers We want to reach travel businesses that already sell travel-related products or services, such as: Travel agencies Visa agents DMCs Tour operators Student travel consultants Corporate travel agents Outbound travel sellers Small and mid-sized OTAs Umrah/Hajj travel operators Holiday package sellers Initial focus markets: India, Southeast Asia, Middle East, and other outbound travel-heavy markets. What counts as a qualified lead A qualified lead must be a real travel business with: A relevant travel customer base Verified contact details A decision-maker identified Potential to sell eSIMs to travellers Clear notes on why the company is relevant We will not pay for random scraped lists, generic databases, or unverified contacts. What counts as a qualified demo A qualified demo means: The prospect is a real travel business The decision-maker or relevant manager has shown interest They understand that Journey Stack helps them sell travel eSIMs They have agreed to attend a call/demo The meeting is added to calendar or confirmed clearly on email/WhatsApp Payment structure We want to start with a 30-day pilot. Proposed structure: Fixed base for the pilot Bonus per qualified demo booked Bonus per activated agency that signs up and completes first paid order/top-up We are open to discussing the exact amount based on your experience, but payment will be tied to quality and outcomes, not just volume. 30-day pilot target For the first 30 days, the expected target is: 300–500 researched leads 200+ prospects contacted 50+ real conversations started 15–25 qualified demos booked 5–10 agencies onboarded 3–5 agencies completing first paid transaction
