Travel Outreach Manager

We're looking for a skilled outreach coordinator to support Travel Eat Repeat's partnership development with hotels, restaurants, and travel-related opportunities. About the role: You'll be researching potential partners, drafting outreach emails, managing timelines, and creating pitch materials. This is a 4-hour/week, remote position working directly with our team. What you'll do: Research and identify partnership opportunities (hotels, restaurants, travel experiences) Draft compelling outreach emails and follow-up sequences Create and manage partnership tracking and timelines in ClickUp Design pitch decks and materials in Canva Manage the full outreach workflow from initial contact to negotiation What we need: Proven experience working in travel agencies or travel partnerships Expert-level knowledge of ClickUp Expert-level knowledge of Canva (design + layout) Fluent English (written and verbal communication is key) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Understanding of hospitality/travel industry standards Ideal fit: Someone who understands what makes a good partnership opportunity, can write engaging outreach, and is comfortable managing moving parts across multiple platforms.
