Tswana/Setswana Speaker Needed: Paid Voice Conversation Recording (Fluffle App)

Overview: We're recruiting fluent Tswana/Setswana speakers to make calls on Fluffle, a voice calling app that pays users for their conversations. The recordings are anonymized and used to train AI speech models. Your job is simple: download the app, call a friend or contact who also speaks Tswana, and talk naturally. What you'll do: - Download the Fluffle app (Android or IOS) and set up your account: - Call a Tswana-speaking contact who also downloads and uses the app - Have natural conversations: topics are everyday and up to you - Log a minimum of 5 quality-approved hours per week to qualify for the weekly bonus Pay structure: - $10/hr for every call that passes quality review for each call participant. - $20/week Upwork bonus for completing 5 quality-approved hours - $3 bonus per 5/5 quality-rated call - 5% lifetime referral bonus on earnings from anyone you refer to the platform Note: only calls rated 4/5 or 5/5 on audio quality count toward the 5-hour weekly threshold.
