Turkish-speaking sourcing & fulfillment coordinator for a GCC fashion marketplace

About us Circle is a B2B wholesale marketplace connecting Gulf (Kuwait, Saudi, UAE, and more) boutique buyers with Turkish fashion suppliers on a dropship basis. We're growing our supplier catalog and need a reliable Turkey-based coordinator to qualify suppliers, verify product availability, and coordinate the Turkey end of order fulfillment. What you'll do - Contact Turkish wholesale fashion suppliers (mostly via WhatsApp/Telegram) and qualify them against our checklist: single-unit dropship, pricing, shipping, labeling, returns. - Verify whether specific products already listed on our platform are in stock and available for dropship, and flag any that aren't. - When an order comes in: place it with the supplier(s), coordinate hand-off to a Turkish logistics/consolidation company, and ensure it ships to the delivery address we provide. Track it to dispatch. - Keep a shared tracker updated with supplier terms, status, and order progress. You must have - Native or fluent Turkish, plus working English to communicate with me. - Comfort working over WhatsApp/Telegram with wholesale vendors. - Organized, responsive, and reliable with follow-ups. Nice to have - Familiarity with the Istanbul wholesale scene and/or women's fashion. - Experience coordinating Turkish cargo/logistics or international forwarding. - Ability to occasionally visit showrooms in Istanbul (not required).
