Twilio Flex Implementation Specialist for Customer Service/Collections

Twilio Flex Implementation Specialist We are seeking an experienced Twilio Flex Implementation Specialist to help enhance our customer service, collections, and payment-support workflows. This is a hands-on implementation role. We are looking for someone who has direct experience configuring, customizing, integrating, testing, and supporting Twilio Flex in a live contact center environment. The ideal candidate will have strong Twilio Flex experience and a practical understanding of contact center operations, agent workflows, routing, IVR, SMS, and production deployment. Core experience required: Twilio Flex implementation experience Twilio Voice and SMS IVR configuration Queues and routing Agent workflows Contact center workflows API integrations Production deployment and support Very helpful experience: React Node.js TypeScript / JavaScript REST APIs Webhooks CRM integrations Payment platform integrations Collections or payment-support environments Important note: We are not looking for a general React/Node developer who has only worked with Twilio APIs. We need someone who has direct, hands-on experience implementing Twilio Flex in a production contact center setting.
