AI UGC Ad Creator

We are seeking a creative AI UGC Ad Creator to design engaging user-generated content ads for our brand. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating visually appealing and effective ad designs using AI tools. Responsibilities include designing ad creatives, collaborating with our team to ensure brand consistency, and optimizing ad performance. If you have a passion for innovative design and a knack for storytelling through visuals, we want to hear from you! We run paid social ad campaigns for a fast-growing SaaS in the AI category, and we're scaling spend. That means we need a dedicated creative partner to keep our ad pipeline full. The role in one sentence: every week, you ship us four to eight new AI UGC ads, ready to upload. We're not looking for someone to just "make videos." We want a creative partner who studies what's working in our ad account and in adjacent categories (we share the dashboard), develops new hook concepts and script angles based on what's converting, produces the videos end-to-end — avatar selection, script with delivery cues, captions, the whole thing — and delivers final vertical files plus the primary text, headline, and description variants for each ad. We have a proven script format, brand voice guardrails, and a winning reference example from a sister brand we'll share with you. You won't be starting from scratch, but we expect you to push us creatively, not just execute.
