FLORENCE THE LABEL — UGC Manager We're a growing fashion brand known for its minimal, feminine aesthetic. We work with creators across Instagram and TikTok to produce authentic content that builds brand awareness and drives sales. We're looking for a UGC Manager to take ownership of our creator collaborations. Check out our Instagram and TikTok to get a feel for our brand and aesthetic: @theflorencelabel on both platforms. The Role As our UGC Manager, you'll be responsible for finding, reaching out to, and managing UGC creators — all through email. You won't be running our social media accounts. Your focus is building and maintaining a pipeline of creator collabs that keep fresh, on-brand content flowing. What You'll Do Source and vet new UGC creators organically (scrolling IG/TikTok, hashtag research, competitor tagged posts) and through discovery tools. Handle all outbound collab outreach via email — first contact, follow-ups, and negotiations. Manage inbound collab requests that come in through email. Coordinate gifting: discuss pieces with creators, set up discount codes, and ensure orders go smoothly. Track every collaboration from first email to content delivery in our shared tracker sheet. Follow up with creators who haven't delivered content within the agreed timeline. Maintain consistent brand voice across all email communication using provided templates. Report collab performance and flag top creators for repeat partnerships. What We're Looking For Experience with influencer or UGC outreach (fashion/lifestyle preferred). Strong written communication — you can write emails that feel warm, professional, and on-brand. An eye for aesthetic — you can tell if a creator's content fits our brand just by scrolling their feed. Organised and detail-oriented — you track everything and nothing slips through the cracks. Familiar with Instagram and TikTok creator landscapes. Comfortable using Shopify, Google Sheets, and email tools. Self-starter who can manage their own pipeline without constant supervision. Nice to Have Experience with Shopify discount codes and affiliate tracking (e.g., UpPromote). Knowledge of creator discovery tools (Collabstr, The Right Fit, Modash, etc.). Previous work in a fast-paced e-commerce or DTC brand. Details Remote position. Part-time / flexible hours. Reporting directly to the founder.
