We're looking for retired or former USDA loan professionals to serve as expert reviewers and contributors for USDALoans.com. Your expertise will be featured in our blog content, lending credibility to our articles and supporting our SEO strategy through expert quotes and review attribution. This is a low-commitment ongoing contract ideal for someone with deep USDA experience who is no longer actively originating loans. What You'll Do: - Review blog articles and loan guides for factual accuracy - Provide expert quotes to be featured within our blog posts - Have your headshot, bio, and credentials published on a reviewer profile page on USDALoans.com - Flag outdated guidelines, income limits, or policy changes as they come up Ideal Background: - 5+ years originating, processing, or underwriting USDA Rural Development loans (GRH or Direct) - Formerly licensed MLO or previously worked directly with USDA Rural Development offices - No longer actively originating loans or employed by a mortgage lender - Strong knowledge of USDA income limits, property eligibility maps, and GUS - Comfortable being quoted by name in published blog content Nice to Have: - Prior work at a USDA-approved lender or Rural Development state/federal office - Past media, interview, or content experience Time Commitment: 2–5 articles a month.
