USPTO-Registered Patent Practitioner Needed

I am an independent inventor looking for a USPTO-registered Patent Attorney or Patent Agent to format and file a Direct US Utility Application for a mechanical plumbing innovation. What I will provide: Complete master text (detailed description and drafted claims). Formal black-and-white vector drawings (6 sheets) by Thursday. Micro Entity status qualification. What I need from you: Review and format my existing text/claims to meet USPTO utility standards. Prepare and attach the formal drawing sheets. Prepare and file a "Petition to Make Special Based on Age" (Applicant is over 65) to fast-track the examination for free. Officially lodge the application via USPTO PatentCenter and provide the Filing Receipt. Budget is $500 for labor only. Official USPTO government fees ($400 for Micro Entity) will be paid separately by me at filing.
