UiPath RPA Developer – Webhook/Middleware Integration (URGENT, Start Today)

We have a UiPath automation that is almost finished. It enters data into zvoove (recruiting / staffing software). Our own web app creates digital employment contracts and sends the contract data out via webhook. The project is nearly complete – it mainly needs final testing and the last bit of polish. The developer who has built everything so far has also provided complete documentation, so you won't be starting from scratch. What's already in place: - A UiPath automation that enters the data into zvoove (built with our developer) - A web app that generates the contract data and already sends the data via webhook - Full documentation from the developer who built it so far What we need you to do: - Set up / finalize a lightweight middleware service ("mid-server") that receives our existing webhook and passes the data to UiPath (via an Orchestrator Queue – preferred – or by triggering a job with input arguments) - Handle authentication against Orchestrator and basic payload validation / error logging - Test the full flow with us end-to-end until contracts land correctly in zvoove Must-haves: - Solid UiPath experience (Orchestrator, Queues, API/triggers) - Comfortable building small webhook services (Python/FastAPI, Node/Express, or similar) - Available immediately, ready to work live with us today Nice to have: - Experience with zvoove - German language skills (our system is in German) To apply, please include: 1.
