Unreal Developer

We’re looking for an experienced Unity or Unreal Engine developer/team to build a VR-based hospitality training experience for Meta Quest 2 and Meta Quest 3. *Project Scope* You’ll be responsible for developing interactive training simulations across 6 pre-built environments. The environments are already completed — the focus is on bringing them to life through interactions and immersive VR experiences. *Responsibilities include:* Developing interactive training workflows and simulation logic - Implementing animations and interaction systems - Designing and integrating VR UI/UX - Creating supporting assets required for interactions - Meta Quest controller integration and VR optimization - Testing, performance tuning, and bug fixing - Delivering a deployment-ready Quest build along with the source project *Requirements* Please share the following when reaching out: Portfolio / case studies of relevant VR/XR projects - Preferred engine (Unity or Unreal Engine) - Team size - Estimated hourly or daily rate - Availability and expected timeline
