Upwork Bid Manager / Proposal Manager for Illustration & Design Agency

I’m looking for an experienced Upwork Bid Manager / Proposal Manager to help my illustration and design agency find high-quality leads and submit tailored proposals on Upwork. This is not a full-time role. I’m looking for someone reliable who can work part-time, daily or several times per week, and be paid for the actual work done. My agency specializes in: * board game design, * card game design, * T-shirt and apparel illustration, * tattoo design, * packaging design, * branding and logo design, * detailed custom illustration. Your responsibilities: * search Upwork for relevant high-quality jobs, * filter out low-budget, low-quality, scam, or irrelevant posts, * identify projects that match our portfolio and pricing, * write custom proposals based on each client’s brief, * submit proposals through the official Upwork agency setup, * manage Connects carefully and avoid wasting them, * send a daily or weekly report with submitted proposals, links, budgets, client quality, and reasoning. Important: I will not share my personal login or password. The work must be done only through the official Upwork Agency setup. You must have your own Upwork account. If we decide to work together, I can add you to my agency with the proper role/permissions. Requirements: * proven experience writing Upwork proposals, * strong English writing skills, * ability to understand creative/design projects, * ability to write natural, specific, non-generic proposals, * good judgment when choosing which jobs are worth applying to, * experience with design, illustration, branding, games, or creative agencies is a big plus. Please do not apply if you only use generic copy-paste proposals. Trial period: I would like to start with a 7-day paid test. For the test, please include: * daily lead research, * a shortlist of the best opportunities, * customized proposal writing, * limited proposal submissions based on quality, not quantity, * daily report.
