Upwork Bidder / Proposal Writer — Finance & Consulting Services (Long Term)

I run a finance and consulting practice on Upwork (financial modeling, FP&A, fundraising support, dashboards). I'm looking for a skilled bidder to write and submit proposals on my behalf so I can focus on client work. The role: Write custom, from-scratch proposals for jobs I shortlist (or that you find matching my services) Roughly 15-20 proposals per week, ongoing Each one written in a confident, consultative voice — not a template, not obvious AI Goal is simple: get me interviews and win contracts What I need from you: Strong persuasive English writing Comfort with business/finance language (nice to have, not mandatory) Ability to match my voice after a short ramp-up Pay: Please quote your rate for 15 proposals per week (weekly or per-proposal — your call). After a 2-week trial, if the results are strong, I'm open to a performance model: profit-share on earnings, or a bonus per interview won.
