We're a Microsoft Solutions Partner with clients across the US, Canada, and UAE. We need someone who lives on Upwork and knows how to win work for a dev shop. Our stack is .NET, Azure, Power Platform, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, and Agentic AI. Project sizes range from $3k fixed-price builds to $50k+ retainers. We have an Upwork Plus account. What you do every day - Filter and shortlist jobs worth bidding on (we'll share our ICP) - Write the proposal. Not a template. An actual response to what the client wrote. - Follow up on open threads - Hand qualified leads to our sales team with notes - Log everything in a simple Google Sheet That's it. No cold email, no LinkedIn, no content. Just Upwork. Who we want - At least 2-3 year bidding full-time for an IT services agency - You can show us past wins (screenshots, contract values, anything real) - Native-level written English. Clients on Upwork can smell a template in two seconds. - You know .NET vs Node vs WordPress and you don't bid on the wrong ones - You respond to job posts within an 15-30 mins of them going live when it matters What we don't want - Anyone who sends the same cover letter to every client - Bidders who can't explain why a lead is good or bad - People who count connects spent as a KPI. We count replies and calls booked.
