Urgent – Modern German WordPress Elementor Website

We are looking for an WordPress and Elementor freelancer to create a complete German-language business website. The website is for a confidential Austrian business operating in the following areas: * Psychosocial counselling * Energetic services These two areas must be presented as clearly separated sections of the website. The German content and project materials will be provided after the Upwork contract has started. Deadline * Start immediately * First complete version by Friday, July 17, 2026 * Final version and handover by Saturday, July 18, 2026 at the latest Please only apply if you are immediately available and can reliably meet this deadline. Project Situation The client currently has no final domain or hosting provider. The website must therefore be built on a temporary WordPress staging environment provided by the freelancer. After completion, the complete website must be delivered as a WordPress migration package that can later be installed on the client’s final hosting. We do not want only individual Elementor page templates. Website Style The website should look: * Modern * Clean * Professional * Trustworthy * Calm * Welcoming * Easy to navigate The design should be modern but simple, without unnecessary effects or complicated elements. WordPress Setup The website must be built using: * Standard WordPress * The free version of Elementor * A lightweight free WordPress theme * Only reliable free plugins where necessary The website must not use: * Elementor Pro * Premium themes * Premium plugins * Paid templates * Animations * Complex visual effects * External page builders * Unnecessary custom code * Cracked or unlicensed software * Temporary premium licenses * Licenses connected to the freelancer’s personal account The finished website must not depend on the freelancer’s hosting, subscriptions, licenses or external accounts. Website Structure The website will approximately include: * Home * Psychosocial Counselling * Energetic Services * About * Contact * Imprint * Privacy Policy The two service areas must be visually and structurally separated. The exact German texts and information will be provided after the contract begins. Editing Requirements The client must later be able to easily edit the website through WordPress and Elementor. This includes: * Text * Images * Headings * Fonts * Font sizes * Colours * Buttons * Contact information * Prices * Page sections Please use Elementor’s global settings wherever possible for fonts, colours, typography and button styles. The Elementor structure should be clean and understandable for a non-technical user. Responsive Design The website must be fully optimized for: * Desktop * Tablet * Mobile devices Please carefully check the mobile menu, font sizes, spacing, images, buttons, forms, alignment and section widths. Contact and Appointment Section Please create a simple contact or appointment request form. The final recipient email address and SMTP configuration will be added after the client has purchased the final domain and hosting. The form itself should already be completely designed and prepared. Privacy-Friendly Technical Setup The website is intended for an Austrian business. The freelancer is not responsible for legal advice. The final legal texts will be provided separately. Technical requirements: * Fonts must be hosted locally * Google Fonts must not load directly from Google * No Google Analytics * No Meta Pixel * No marketing trackers * No unnecessary cookies * No unnecessary external scripts * No automatic Google Maps or YouTube integration * No social media feeds * No external booking system without approval * Contact forms should only collect necessary information * Imprint and privacy policy pages must be easily accessible Please inform us if any plugin loads external resources, creates cookies or transfers data to third parties. An unnecessary cookie banner should not be added if no non-essential cookies are used. Basic Technical Requirements Please include: * Clean WordPress setup * Lightweight free theme * Free Elementor setup * Basic image optimization * Favicon placeholder * Correct website title * Clean page and menu structure * Proper heading structure * Alt text placeholders for important images * Working internal links * Basic performance and security setup * Removal of unused themes and plugins Please keep the number of plugins as low as reasonably possible. At the end of the project, please provide: * Complete WordPress migration package * Complete database and website files * All media files * Theme and required plugins * All Elementor pages and global settings * Header and footer * Contact form setup * Elementor website kit export as an additional backup * List of installed plugins and fonts * List of external resources, if any * List of settings that must be completed after the final hosting and domain are purchased * Short installation and editing instructions The migration package should be created using a reliable free solution such as Duplicator, All-in-One WP Migration or an equivalent method. The package must allow the complete website to be installed on the client’s future WordPress hosting. What We Will Provide After the contract begins, we will provide: * German website content * Page structure * Logo, if available * Images, if available * Preferred colours and fonts * Design references * Legal texts or clearly marked placeholders Important Do not purchase or install any paid theme, plugin, template or service without written approval. The website should be simple, modern, lightweight and easy for the client to manage independently.
