Urgent UK Residential Technical Drawing Amendments Today, Pitched Roof Update

I am looking for an experienced architectural CAD / technical drawing freelancer to help with an urgent UK residential drawing amendment today. The project is a small residential extension at 4 Horace Road, London, E7 0JG. A planning drawing pack has recently been revised and I now need the Building Regulations / technical drawing package updated to match. This is a focused drawing coordination task, not a full redesign. The main change is: The rear roof remains flat. Only the side infill roof is to be changed to a pitched / mono-pitched lean-to roof, in line with the revised planning drawings. I can provide: Existing planning drawings Revised planning drawings Existing Building Regulations / technical drawing package Sections, elevations, roof plan and construction details Drainage CCTV information for reference Structural drawings / calculations for reference Scope of work required: Update the proposed roof plan to show the revised side infill pitched / mono-pitched roof. Keep the rear roof as a flat roof. Update relevant elevations to show the new side pitched roof only. Update relevant sections to show the side pitched roof build-up, structure, insulation, ceiling line, rooflights, eaves and abutment junctions. Update roof notes and construction details where the previous flat roof information applies to the side infill roof. Retain flat roof notes where they apply to the rear flat roof. Coordinate the rooflights so they suit the revised pitched roof. Add sensible rainwater drainage notes, including gutter/downpipe strategy for the side roof and indicative connection to existing drainage. Flag any items that require confirmation from the structural engineer or Building Control. Include one small internal plan tweak requested by the client, moving the kitchen door slightly closer to the centre to allow standard cupboard depth on both sides. Important: Please do not redesign the whole scheme. The footprint, layout, elevations, openings and general design should remain unchanged unless directly affected by the pitched side roof or the minor kitchen door tweak.
